In addition to our very reasonable freight, WE DO NOT HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE, for orders that are recieved promply and in new condition. Orders can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price if product is unworn, and in new condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for freight charges. If you exchange something, often we don’t even charge you freight when we send out the second item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges after 30 days. We are NOT a mail order house. We try to treat you as if you were a customer that walked into our store. We want you to get gear that fits properly and is exactly what you want. However, we encourage you to call us or e-mail us with your questions about sizing before placing an order. The last thing either of us wants to do is make UPS rich. ????

All orders totaling more than $150 and shipping within the continental U.S. will be shipped free of charge using either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail or Fed Ex. Orders totaling less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 for orders within the U.S.A. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will be sent tracking information to the email address provided at the time of order. Packages typically are not sent “signature required”. It is up to the delivery driver’s discretion as to whether or not, and where to leave a package. Moto Liberty is not responsible for damage or theft of packages left by delivery services. If you would like to request that a signature be obtained at the time of delivery, please select that option at the time of checkout.

We collect required information at the time of purchase for the purpose of completing a transaction. By completing a purchase at it is implied that the purchaser consents to the collection of such information. We will not knowingly sell or distribute your information to any third parties. Your information may be used for the purpose of customer communication such as notifications about orders you have placed online with us or about upcoming special offers and events. We ship via US Airmail. You can go to and get a good idea of the cost. There are up to 3 different services available, but priority or express seem to work the best. We will ship only to countries that will accept insurance. We will charge $10.00 extra for filling out the customs forms and taking parcels to the Post Office. Please allow an extra day or two for us to process international orders, because we will confirm with you the final shipping price before sending your order. You need the size that fits your head, but that is hard to do on-line.   We are here to help.   It’s always best to try them on, in person,  with someone knowledgeable to assist, but if you can’t do that, just keep in mind.   Helmets have different shapes.  You need to find the shape of helmet that fits your head.  They don’t run big or small….  They  are uniform, but are shaped differently.    If you measure up to be a medium, but have to wear a large to avoid pressure points, DON’T BUY THAT HELMET.   We can even go the extra mile by sending a pic of your head, and then we can tell you what brands to consider

Feel free to call us, but for the most part, on leather jackets and pants, use the Euro size.   On textiles & casual wear, if you normally wear a Large, go up a size to a XL.

Yes, 99% of the time we will match any U.S. based website, apples for apples. In other words, sometimes an item in a black size large, may not be the same price as an XXL purple.

As a rule of thumb, 10% of the price of the bike you buy.   This is not exact science, but if you spend 10K on a bike, figure $1,000 for gear to get you on the road.  But always remember, MOST of the time, you get what you pay for in gear.   It’s our job to weed out the products that are not a good value.   Manufacturers have hits and misses.  We want you to avoid the misses!

Here’s some advice.   The old saying goes….. “If you have a $100 head, buy a $100 helmet”. Audrey’s words of advice:  “If you spend $100 for waterproof boots, you will have wet feet”.   YOU NEED A GOOD HELMET.   YOU NEED LEATHER OVER YOUR ANKLES.   YOU NEED AN ABRASION RESISTANT JACKET.   YOU NEED SOMETHING TO COVER YOUR KNEES OTHER THAN DENIM.   We adhere to the old adage:  “All the gear, all the time”.  But the most important thing to remember when choosing gear is, if you spend too little, and get addicted to the sport, often you’ll be buying new gear in a year.   We’ve heard it so many times…  “I wish I spent the money the first time”.
