  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders totaling more than $150 and shipping within the continental U.S. will be shipped free of charge using either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail or Fed Ex. Orders totaling less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 for orders within the U.S.A. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will be sent tracking information to the email address provided at the time of order. Most orders will be received within 3 business days, but if you need further information, contact shipping@motoliberty.com

    Expedited shipping is available. We highly recommend contacting us by phone or email, prior to ordering, if your items are urgently needed by a particular date to ensure that availability and shipping method will meet your timeline.     Packages typically are not sent "signature required". It is up to the delivery driver's discretion as to whether or not, and where to leave a package. Moto Liberty is not responsible for damage or theft of packages left by delivery services. If you would like to request that a signature be obtained at the time of delivery, please select that option at the time of checkout.

  • Privacy & Security

    We collect required information at the time of purchase for the purpose of completing a transaction. By completing a purchase at motoliberty.com it is implied that the purchaser consents to the collection of such information. We will not knowingly sell or distribute your information to any third parties. Your information may be used for the purpose of customer communication such as notifications about orders you have placed online with us or about upcoming special offers and events. The purchaser has the options to "opt out" of these communications by contacting us or by using the self service "opt out" options included in the communications themselves.     Secure Shopping

    We have made securing your data a priority. When a purchase is made, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your information is encrypted. This means that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. SSL is regarded as the industry standard among encryption technologies, and is among the encryption technology available today for secure commerce transactions. All credit cards transactions are performed through our PCI compliant processor, Authorize.net. We do not store your credit card information and thus that data cannot be compromised when shopping on MotoLiberty.com

  • Returns & Replacements

    In addition to our very reasonable freight, WE DO NOT HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE, for orders that are recieved promply and in new condition. Orders can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price if product is unworn, and in new condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for freight charges. If you exchange something, often we don't even charge you freight when we send out the second item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges after 30 days. We are NOT a mail order house. We try to treat you as if you were a customer that walked into our store. We want you to get gear that fits properly and is exactly what you want. However, we encourage you to call us or e-mail us with your questions about sizing before placing an order. The last thing either of us wants to do is make UPS rich. :)

    Closeout items can be returned for store credit only.

  • Availability of Products and Order Processing

    We physically stock many of the items on this website, and honestly we have more in our store than is listed on the website, which is opposite of most Internet based websites. We do our best to keep up to date, accurate inventory information in our system, but mistakes can happen. We urge you to call us at 1-800-214-7223 and ask one of our sales associates to physically go pull the item for you before placing your order on-line. This will insure you get the item you order, and we actually enjoy talking with our customers. Often a phone call will spark a conversation that can double check sizing or other features of an item. We like to get you the right size product the first time!

    Before returning an item, please contact Jack the Shipper at 972-243-5995 for an RA number, or email him at shipping@motoliberty.com. Your purchase must be returned in new saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), and all manufacturer tags. Make sure to try out items in the comfort of your home before going for a ride. All gear must be have not been worn on the road and free of bugs. You will be responsible for the freight to send the item back, but we will glady refund the purchase price of the item within 30 days of the time of purchase. We will not charge freight on exchanges.

    International Orders

    We ship via US Airmail.   You can go to www.USPS.com and get a good idea of the cost.  There are up to 3 different services available, but priority or express seem to work the best.   We will ship only to countries that will accept insurance.   We will charge $10.00 extra for filling out the customs forms and taking parcels to the Post Office.  Please allow an extra day or two for us to process international orders, because we will confirm with you the final shipping price before sending your order.  If you prefer, e-mail shipping@motoliberty.com for a freight quote.
